Refund & Cancellation Policy – Ivory & Vine Events Co. LLC

Retainers
All retainers are non-refundable and required to secure your event date.

Cancellations
If a client cancels their event, payments made are non-refundable due to the time and resources reserved.

Rescheduling
Rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability but is not guaranteed.

Final Payments
Final balances must be paid prior to the event date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of services.

Exceptions
Exceptions are at the sole discretion of Ivory & Vine Events Co. LLC.
