Planning clients can incorporate rental pieces and Signature Guest Experiences into their customized proposal. Already have a planner—or planning it yourself? Public rentals and individual guest experiences may also be reserved separately, based on availability.
A FEW HELPFUL DETAILS
Before you get started
Does an online estimate reserve my date?
No. It gives you a customized starting point. Your date is reserved only after availability is confirmed, the agreement is signed, and the required retainer or payment is received.
Can I book rentals without a planning package?
Yes. Non-planning clients may request items offered through the public I&V Rental Collection. Some pieces are reserved for planning clients or require professional I&V setup.
Can I add rentals or a guest experience to planning?
Absolutely. Rentals and Signature Guest Experiences can be added to a planning proposal, subject to availability. Eligible planning-client rental savings will be applied during review.
What happens after I submit my selections?
Ivory & Vine reviews your event details and availability, then follows up with the appropriate proposal, reservation information, or next step for the service you selected.
